How much will one of our service apartments in Lugano cost?

All the given prices for our mini-apartments include the following services:

limitless use – from 06 am to 10 pm – of the in-house fitness-room, equipped with original Technogym machines,
weekly cleaning of the mini-apartment,

weekly linen and bath-towels change,
receptionnist,
night watch at disposal,
wireless internet connection,
cable-TV, 30 channels,
furnished rooms,
electrical power, water, heating and further condominium charges,
mini-fridge inside every mini-apartment,
mail distribution,
videosurveillance of the common parts, for the safety of our guests,
conference room.

Our guests may further benefit from self-service bar/snasck and laundry services.

Our apartment block has 8 parking spaces outside, which can be rented at 150.00 FRS per month. Alternatively, there is always a good number of parking spaces to be found in the streets in the immediate vicinity.
